Do Your Exercises Have Weight Recommendations To Follow?

Yes! I always have weight suggestions to get you started. If you have gone through my Beginner Fit Program, you will also know how to find weights that are perfect for YOUR specific fitness journey. If you are working out at home, I always recommend one lighter set of weights and one heavier set of weights if possible. I have my beginners start out with 5's and 10-12's.

Can I Modify Your Program Schedule to Follow a three to four Workouts a Week Pace?
Definitely! The calendar guide is NOT an "all or nothing" guideline. Please feel free to modify the scheduled workouts to fit into your schedule. The workouts are designed in a specific manner to help you achieve optimum results, but you can still see results even if you cannot workout everyday! The goal should be at least three days a week, understanding you will see maximum benefits if you follow the schedule as closely as possible. Most of my programs have 4 unique workouts every week along with cardio options, but that does not mean you have to get them all in each week. You can also break them up and complete different cardio sessions with different resistance workouts.

TIP: If you need to adjust the schedule into 3-4 days: shoot for 1 upper body day, 1 lower body day, 1-2 full body days with cardio mixed in (10 minutes before and after workout or take advantage of short cardio bursts in between sets).

What Equipment Do I Need?
All you need is a set of dumbbells to do our programs! We aim to provide multiple ways to complete each workout to utilize the equipment and time you have. ​

Steph recommends beginners start out with 5lb and 10lb dumbbells, something to step up on, and a mat (if working out on a hard surface). Additional equipment that is shown in the
videos (but NOT needed) is a stability ball (medium size and non-weighted), mini bands, resistance bands, heavier dumbbells, slam ball, etc.
For exercises that include a stability ball, you can modify by using towels or paper plates on the ground or just lay on the ground.

Do I Need A Gym Membership?
NO! All workouts can be completed at home with minimal equipment and on your own time! That said, Stephanie does try to offer gym options for those of you who do already have a gym membership and wish to utilize a facility for your workouts!

How Long Are The Workouts?
Live workouts are currently 3X a week and 40 minutes long.
The workouts will vary between in time, but you can expect to plan for 30-40 minutes. You can truly make this fit into YOUR schedule. I will teach you how to make a 20 minute workout count, while also providing options to help you get in a good 60 minute workout if you prefer. If you only have a certain amount of time to finish a workout, go hard and get in a few sets of each circuit or superset! Just maximize the time you have.

How Do I Access My Program's Community Accountability Group?
After you have successfully purchased your program or subscription plan, you will receive an e-mail from me **MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM AND PROMOTIONS FOLDER** with instructions and a link to fill out a registration form and join your current accountability group.

Do Your Programs Include Cardio Workouts?
Yes! All of my programs contain a Cardio element (HIIT, Tabata, EMOM, LISS, etc.) with variations and modifications to match your specific level of fitness or your current time availability for committing to a workout. You can always modify cardio options with low impact exercises and the use of a bike, elliptical, or rowing machine to prevent injury.
Please consider starting out with the Beginner Fit program if this is new to you!

I also offer a printable packet specially designed to train individuals for Half Marathon races. The aim in designing these programs is for ANYONE to be able to jump in and follow them, no matter their current cardio or running baseline -- so beginners are welcome! Please note that I always recommendyou consult with your Doctor before starting a fitness program.

Do Your Programs Include Nutrition and Macronutrient Help?

I currently offer Personalized Macronutrient Percentages and Caloric Goals when you join my program (unless stated otherwise). I love to help my clients gain a whole approach to wellness, but you are absolutely able to follow your own plan if you already have something that is sustainable and working for you.

I am certified to give Dietary Guidance (I am not a nutritionist) and offer Macronutrient Coaching.You can also purchase a one-time macronutrient consultation where we can chat face-to-face or virtually and discuss what you need to become your healthiest self and discuss the best plan of action for YOU!

*The difference between the paid subscription macro plans and the Ebook is the one-on-one check-ins going over your food log for four weeks instead of just the initial numbers, ebooks, and help getting started. I personally assess and calculate your macros for you.
